Mediation and Negotiation Services

Mediation and Negotiation Services

Structured negotiation support and mediation to resolve disputes without litigation.

Introduction

Most disputes do not need to go to court. Crown Advisors provides structured negotiation support and, where accreditation is in place, formal mediation services, helping individuals and businesses reach practical resolutions without the cost, time, and stress of litigation.

Track One: Supported Negotiation (Available Now)

  • Employment dispute negotiation and ACAS Early Conciliation support
  • Landlord and tenant negotiation, including rent arrears, deposits, property condition, and Renters Rights Act matters
  • Consumer and business dispute negotiation and settlement correspondence
  • Debt negotiation and creditor correspondence including repayment proposals
  • Online dispute resolution support for airline, retail, financial, and marketplace disputes
  • Workplace conflict support including grievance preparation
  • Neighbour and community dispute support including boundary, noise, and access correspondence
  • Pre-action protocol compliance support under the Civil Procedure Rules
  • Ombudsman scheme preparation including Financial, Energy, Housing, and Legal Ombudsman

Track Two: Formal Mediation (Subject to Accreditation)

Crown Advisors is developing its formal mediation service subject to accreditation with a recognised mediation body. Upon accreditation, civil and commercial mediation, workplace and employment mediation, and community and neighbour dispute mediation will be available.

ACAS Early Conciliation Support

ACAS Early Conciliation is often the best opportunity to resolve an employment dispute before it ever reaches a tribunal. Crown Advisors approaches this stage as a genuine chance to negotiate a settlement, working with you to set realistic objectives, communicate constructively with the other side, and pursue a practical agreement that avoids the cost and stress of a formal claim.
