Personal Injury and Tort Law Support

Case preparation, documentation, and advisory guidance within non-reserved boundaries

Introduction

Personal injury and negligence matters often involve complex documentation, medical evidence, and insurance processes that can be difficult to navigate without support. Crown Advisors provides structured case preparation, correspondence assistance, and advisory support to individuals dealing with these matters, either as a first step or alongside instructed solicitors.

  • Accident and incident documentation — structured evidence gathering, witness account support, and incident record preparation
  • Medical evidence organisation — helping clients understand, collate, and present medical records and reports in a clear and accessible format
  • Insurance claim correspondence — drafting formal correspondence to insurers, challenging claim decisions, and supporting the complaints process
  • Financial Ombudsman Service preparation for insurance-related disputes where the insurer has acted unreasonably
  • Pre-action protocol support — helping clients understand and comply with the Personal Injury Pre-Action Protocol before proceedings are issued
  • Employer liability claims — advisory support and documentation assistance for workplace injury matters, including preparation support before solicitor instruction
  • Public liability claims — support with documenting incidents involving local authorities, businesses, and public spaces
  • Product liability matters — advisory guidance and evidence organisation for defective product claims
  • Whiplash and road traffic accidents — documentation support and insurer correspondence within the Official Injury Claim portal framework
  • Negligence complaints to professional bodies — drafting formal complaints to professional regulators where negligence by a professional is alleged

Important Scope Information

Crown Advisors does not conduct personal injury litigation, issue court proceedings on a client’s behalf, or provide legal advice on the merits of a claim. Where a client’s matter requires a regulated solicitor, we will advise accordingly. Our role is to ensure that clients are well prepared, their documentation is in order, and their position is clearly set out before and during solicitor instruction.
